
INDUSTRY: HEAVY MACHINERY EQUIPMENT & TRUCKS
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client in the Heavy Machinery Equipments and Trucks Industry, we are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and implementing sales strategies to expand market share within the automotive sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share and enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate customers, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective management of the sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.
- Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and compliance requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years ‘experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in selling Heavy Machinery Equipment and Trucks
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer buying behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
